IBE and Computer Engineering

The Computer Engineering Program is proud to support the IBE program by offering concentrations tailored to IBE students. The following course listing for the Computer Engineering concentration within IBE is provided as a convenience -- students should confirm current requirements with the Director of the IBE program and with their advisor. For IBE/Computer Science concentration, see IBECS. Note that the IBE/CompE concentration is not accredited as a Computer Engineering degree. Students can obtain an accredited Computer Engineering degree by enrolling in the appropriate fifth year option provided by the IBE program.

For students who have declared their concentration before the end of the 2011-12 Academic Year, please see IBE/Computer Science and Engineering concentration (IBECSE). Effective Fall 2012, IBE students have a choice between a Computer Engineering concentration (IBECompE) and a Computer Science concentration (IBECS).

The current CSE advisor for IBE students who choose the Computer Engineering concentration is Professor Mooi Choo Chuah.
